Customer Address For New Customer Is Not Populated On Sales Order Form (opened via Ebusiness Form)

On : 12.2.3 version, Address Phone

Customer address for new customer is not populated on sales order form (opened vie ebusiness form) the first time you log in and open the eBusiness Center - after the initial log in, it works correctly.

Address data should be populated in sales order from once we create address and close add customer form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open ebusiness form, type a new name in organization filed and click LOV to confirm it doesn’t exist.
2. enter organization name and phone number and save
3. Click new button at the bottom of Order Tab
4. Add customer opens > add details and click create button

Sales order was opening but only customer number and name was getting populated and if you close it and open again with New button then all details are populated.
