When Calling OPM Process Execution API, GME_API_PUB.create_material_txn, the Who Columns (Created_By and Last_Updated_By) were Not Being Set as Expected (Doc ID 1958320.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, API Issues

passed created_by, last_updated_by columns while calling GME_API_PUB.create_material_txn. However it does not honor those values, and defaults from GME_COMMON_PVT.g_user_indent

The API could insert seeded table with the given value of created_by and last_updated_by.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calling GME_API_PUB.create_material_txn with given value of created_by and last_updated_by
2. Check seeded table, found the issue.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see given value of created_by and last_updated_by.
