Download Processor Remains 'Not Started' For Active Email Account (Doc ID 1958441.1)

Symptoms


The Download Processor threads are running but the Email Account remains in status 'Not Started'.    An 'Unable to get a store' error is reported when FND logging is enabled:

Changes

 Applied OC4J <Patch 8999551> which delivers java mailer support for SSL enabled email accounts  (mail.jar version 1.3.2)
