Stale Data Issue - Updating Current Location on Item Instance (Doc ID 1958892.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search for a Party Number within the Current Location block on the Location tab in the Install Base UI the following error occurs.

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use
of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example)

Cause:
The view object
InstanceDetailsAM.location542_Location_oracle_apps_csi_instance_location_server_locationAM.LocationPartySiteVO
contained no record. The displayed records may have been deleted, or the current record
for the view object may not have been properly initialized.


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Item Instances search
2. Query Serial, and then click Instance Update
3. Click on Location tab
4. Enter the Party Number in the Current Location and click the search icon/magnifying glass.
