RMA Orders Awaiting AME Approval Are Still Allowed To Complete The Receipt (Doc ID 1958961.1)

Having setup AME Approvals for RMA orders and as expected RMA go for approval when it fulfills the criteria. However, this is not restricting to complete the receipt. Ideally if the RMA is awaiting approval from the AME Approvers, the RMA should should not be allowed to progress.
