TeleService: Performance Issue with Serial Number Search on the Service Request Form (Doc ID 1958965.1)

Symptoms

For Creating a New SR in Oracle when Serial number is entered and user tabs out of the Serial number field then the application is taking 45 seconds to populate all the details related to the Serial number.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
 - Enter Serial Number
 - Tab out
 => Performance issue while populating SN details.
