Schedule Was Not Removed From Exceptions Queue After Schedule Successfully Processed (Doc ID 1959075.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purge Schedule Related Issues

When attempting to submit Demand Processor > A Release Management schedule landed on the Schedule with Errors queue.
The problem was fixed that caused the exception and the schedule processed. However, it stayed on the Schedule with Errors
queue and cannot be removed, even using the Purge Concurrent Program.


STEPS

  1. Responsibility: Release Management
  2. Release Management Workbench
  3. Schedules with Errors
  4. Resolved the issue that caused the exceptions
  5. Ran the DSP Scheduled Process
  6. Observe: The schedule Still shows Errors in the queue
  7. Ran Purge Concurrent Process >>> Scheduled Errors remain.
