Incorrect ETP Payment Summaries Being Produced When Generating Multiple ETP's for the Same Person (Doc ID 1959147.1)

Symptoms

While completing the payment summaries for 2013-2014 there is an issue where when an employee has had a termination pay with an ETP Payment reversed and a new pay processed, the ETP payment summary that is generated is in the negative.

The scenario is as follows:

The termination pay is processed as a quickpay with an ETP payment being processed. As this payment was incorrect, we have then reversed that quickpay run & entered a new quickpay with the correct results.
The ETP payment summary should display the totals from the latest quickpay generated.

What has occurred is that an ETP payment summary has been processed for the initial quickpay processed & then a second ETP payment summary has been generated but for the difference in the ETP's processed as a negative value.

For example:

Original ETP $96,297.16
Correct ETP $68,553.15

1st ETP payment summary $96,297
2nd ETP payment summary -$27,744

(ie ... the 2nd ETP is the difference between the 2 ETP's and NOT the actual amount of the 2nd ETP)
