Goal
Trying to use the User Hooks to switch off/on the Order Management interface flag.
Charges are entered directly on the Service Request Charges form and not from Debrief.
Followed <Note 1257464.1> - R12: Service: Extending Charges Functionality with User Hooks and set the flags to 'Yes', but the code is not executed.
Call_Pricing_Item_Pre is working, but not the Create/Update Charges.
