When Clicking 'Return To Instance Details' Link From Assets TAB , the instance is in Update mode, instead of View mode (Doc ID 1959745.1)

When Clicking 'Return to Instance Details' Link From Assets TAB in Installed Base Agent User responsibility, the link returns the user in edit/update mode, while previously the user was in VIEW mode.

 Expect the user to remain in View only mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Installed Base Agent User -> Item Instances. Select an item instance, click Go
2. Enter any item instance (just view mode, not updating the instance)
3. Click any of the links to the right (besides the Assets link), then click
3. Return to Instance Details
5. Instance still in view mode
6. Click the Assets link, then click Return to Instance Details
7. Instance is now in Update mode.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are getting an incorrect interface , allowing them update access, instead of read-only access.
