'Lines Shipped Performance' Report : Setting the Period To Day, the Shipped Line Does Not Appear (Doc ID 1959868.1)

Symptoms

In a 12.1.3 Instance:
In the 'Lines Shipped Performance' report, when setting the details (as of date, organization, item) and period to Day and clicking on the late lines link, the shipped line does not appear. But if one sets the period to 'Week', the shipped line appears.

In Summary, if the period is Day, the Ship line does not appear.
