Account Hierarchy Manager (AHM) error AHM-00017
While making changes to GL hierarchy using the Account Hierarchy Manager, during save session timed out. User logged back in and closed the AHM. AHM looks like it saved. After this happened went back in to add the values but the system is saying they already exist. User cannot see these values in the segment values form nor in the AHM nor when running select * from apps.fnd_flex_values.
AHM-00017: This value already exists. Please enter a different value.
