When searching for existing work orders to add to a particular work order's hierarchy in OAF, the 'status' criteria picklist does not include 'Cancelled' as an option. 'Cancelled' should be a valid option to choose in case you want to use the 'not in' condition when searching for existing Work Orders, which would allow you to filter the cancelled Work Orders out. There currently is no way to filter out cancelled Work Orders unless you were to add criteria for each status individually, which in our case, would require us to add 18 individual status criteria.
When examining the View Object that defines the status picklist, it was observed that in the 'IN' statement, system_status of 7 (which is the 'Cancelled' system_status) is not included, therefore excluding it as an option to be selected. Adding 'Cancelled' to the status picklist would help in streamlining searches for adding Work Orders to another Work Order's hierarchy, since we would be able to use the 'not in' condition to filter cancelled work orders out.
