Purchase Order and Releases Detail Report - Standard report errors and XML report produces a FND_FLE

REP-0152: Positional argument specified after keyword.
Running the Purchase Order and Releases Detail Report standard and the above error message is in the log file as per attached

Run the XML version of the report and no data is retrieved for the buyer specified

The FND_FLEX_SERVER validation function has encountered a null or negative combination ID () while trying to look up the segment values for this combination. This may indicate an invalid entry in the unique ID column of the combinations table.

Submission screen - Select Purchase Order and Releases Detail Report
 parameters
Buyer name is entered
No other parameters entered
