Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Intercompany Invoicing
When attempting to run the Create Intercompany AP Invoices process (INCIAP) the following error occurs.

APP-INV-05701: Warning: Cannot retrieve the currency exchange rate
Cause: Currency conversion rate for the desired date and rate type Corporate has not been defined between USD and EUR.
Action: Use the Define Daily Conversion Rates form in Oracle General Ledger to define the required conversion rate.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Internal Requisition in France operating unit and an Internal Sales Order in the US operating unit.
2. Crate the Intercompany AR Invoice in US operating unit.
3. Try to create the Intercompany AP in France operating unit.
