ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to close the shopping cart page by clicking 'X' icon in iProcurement

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should be able to close the shopping cart page by clicking the 'X' close icon in iProcurement

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement -> Home page -> Search item ->Add item to Cart
2. View cart and checkout
3. Opens pop up page showing the cart details
4. Close icon is disabled to close the page
