Ingredient Picking Program For Batches Failed With Oracle Error 20000 in FDPSTP (Doc ID 1960686.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches
Have ran the ingredient picking program as individual concurrent request without passing any batch and it got failed and completed with error.
When ran the same program for a single batch it completed normal.

ORACLE error 20000 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20000: FND.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id, R.Phase_Code, R.Status_Code, P.A and was executed from the file 8741995/fnd/lib
Start of log messages from FND_FILE
Calling inv_move_order_pub.create_move_order_header
When others exception in GME_PICKING_PVT.process_line Error is User-Defined Exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For Process Manufacturing  Process Execution batches, setup ingredient picking to run as concurrent program.
