Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to My Dashboard link under FTI Menu, the following error occurs.

Error Details Error Codes: KFSRUZ8D

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate through Global Trade Intelligence (GTM) or Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI)>My Dashboard
