Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The notes entered for a Service Request in iSupport is truncated when the note length is greater than 2000 characters in the Notes form of the SR form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the full note to be displayed in Notes of the SR form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Query SR
Click on Notes

The notes entered in iSupport are truncated.
