When Client Enters SR Update Thru ISupport And The Details Are More Than 2000 Characters

On : 12.1.2 version, Service Request

The notes entered for a Service Reqeust in iSupport is truncated when the note length is greater than 2000 characters in the Notes form of the SR form

Expect the full note to be displayed in Notes of the SR form

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Query SR
Click on Notes

The notes entered in iSupport are truncated.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, agents cannot review the notes entered by the iSupport users.
