Fs_clone Fails with Status 2 (Doc ID 1960769.1)

When attempting to perform fs_clone, it fails with the following error:

adop exiting with status = 2 (Fail)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run: adop phase= fs_clone

Checked log file FSCloneStageAppsTier_xxxxxxxx.log found following error:

START: Creating WLS config archive.
Script Executed in 13420 milliseconds, returning status 255
ERROR: Script failed, exit code 255
