Email Center: Supervisor Advanced Search Not Working

On : 12.1.3 version, Agent Console


It is found that the Supervisior advanced search isn't working as expected.  The search is limited to only the first word. If the second word or last word is used, the search returns no result.

Search for all words should work ok

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Email Center Supervisor
Supervisior Tab
Queue or Inbox
Advanced Search
Search against a know email subject but just use a middle word and this will
always fail. Example

 searching against an account for known email subject :

 'send me to internal account please'

 works ok most of the time

 but search on

 %internal time%

 will fail
