Workflow Notification Emails Not Displaying Description & Images Properly (Doc ID 1961144.1)

Symptoms

Using Workflow mailer to send email notification for approval of quote, however email received in outlook does not show the description of any items and the images are not downloadable.

Action History table and other tables (rich tables) included in an email notification are not properly formatted.

All framework pages rendering fine in applications and the issue is only with framework related emails.
