Symptoms
When attempting to reverse or terminate an employee, the following error occurs:
APP-PER-289974: There has been an error processing this person. The error encountered is ‘There is no active profile for party ID XXXXX of content source type SST/USER_ENTERED. If an active profile exists, the content source type passed must be the same as the content source type of the active profile’, which occurred in procedure per_hrtca_merge.update_tca_person at step 10.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Others > End Employment.
3. Click on Terminate/ Reverse Termination.
