Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll Year End

YEPP Error getting user_entity_id for DBI : A_PAY_US_1099R_BOX2A_PER_ANNUITY_START_DATE

While running Year End Pre-process receive the following error message

Error ORA-20001: eoy_archinit at 26.1 - -20001-ORA-20001: Error getting user_entity_id for DBI : A_PAY_US_1099R_BOX2A_PER_ANNUITY_START_DATE - 100-ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ARCHIVE", line 554
ORA-06512: at line 3



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the Year End Pre Processor
