Symptoms

Prior to applying the patch 1866228, you could open the bank statement lines form and the available transactions form and navigate between the two forms, reconciling one line after another.  After applying the patch, you cannot navigate away from the reconciled line after reconciling one statement line.  Also, you can create a new statement line, but you cannot navigate to it.
