Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When 'CSI: Auto-split Instances' is set to 'Yes' and order is shipped where some configured lines (non-serial item) have    
qty > 1 and there is at least 1 back-ordered line in the order, then COMPONENT-OF relationship is only created for the  
first parent-child COMPONENT-OF relationship, and remaining child instances are 'orphaned' in IB.                                


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Each instance created should have the COMPONENT-OF relationship created in Install Base



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order for a configured item including non-serialized component parts with order line qty for some components > 1
2. Pick and Ship the order
3. Verify in Install Base that all instances are created but that lines wity qty > 2 have missing relationships for all but the first instance
