Symptoms
When logging into Oracle E-Business Suite with a session other than English, changes made to both fields Meaning and Description in the Lookup Types Form are not saved in the selected language but English instead.
This can be reproduce with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite (EBS) by Japanese session.
2. Navigate: System Administrator -> System Administration -> Lookup Types
3. Search Lookup Type and click Name.
4. Meaning and Description are displayed in English.
