MSCA Sub transfer : Issue with dual UoM items having lot conversion
They have items with dual UOM.
Primary UOM is KGA.
Secondary is KG.
Item UOM conversion is : 1 KG = 1 KGA
For a specific lot, lot conversion is : 1 KG = 0.962 KGA
When initiating a sub transfer with MWA, the UOM is KGA.
Entering transaction qty : 10 KGA
Propose automatically secondary qty : 10 KG
Choosing the lot, we have to enter transaction quantity. Entered 10 KG
MSCA propose secondary : 10.39501
When the quantity in the secondary UOM to 10 KG, transaction quantity is automatically set to 9.62
The Remaining quantity is now 0.38, and this is not possible to complete the transfer. A new lot is requested.
If they try to change the transaction UoM to KG, we are able to complete (10 KG), but the recorded transaction is wrong : for the lot, 10 KG are transferred, but the lot specific conversion do not apply.
Need to be able to transfer material in secondary UoM and have the lot specific conversion apply, as with the standard Forms application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do an MSCA Sub transfer Issue with dual UOM items with a lot specific conversion
The issue has the following business impact:
