On : 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Order Number link is missing (blank) on the quote even though the quote was converted successfully into an order. The quote has a status of "Order Submitted".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Order Number link on the quote header after the quote has been submitted to order, since the order_id is populated in aso_quote_headers_all.
