Symptoms
During upgrade to Release R12.2.4 getting following errors when executing hxctimecatupg.sql

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced when doing the following steps:
1. Upgrade to R12.2.4
2. When it is executing hxctimecatupg.sql, erroring out
