Symptoms

On :  12.2.4 version, Receiving Functions
 
While doing ROI Receipt for Purchase Orders for serial controlled items with LPN the following error occurs

The program is working fine for items which are not serial controlled. 
The same insert scripts used to work in Release 11.5.10.
 

Steps
a. Populate ROI interface tables rcv_header_interface (RHI), rcv_transactions_interface (RTI)   mtl_serial_numbers_interface (MSNI)
b. Run RVCTP Receiving Transaction Processor.
