When a User updates the 'Relationship' or Relationship Start Date' fields in Self Service to an Emergency Contact where the Contact has a Person record, the following error occurs :
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Self Service
2. Navigate to Personal Information, Emergency Contact
3. Update the 'Relationship' or Relationship Start Date' fields
4. Get the error
