On : 12.2.3 Oracle Trade Management, Claims
When a user does a mass update on claims using an attachment, the attachment duplicates twice on each of the claims selected for mass update.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Oracle Trade Management User
(N) Trade Management - > Claims.
Select any 3 open claims and click on Mass Update.
Click on Claim Attachments and select File radio button and click on browse and select any file to be uploaded as attachment. Give a description.
Click on save.
Click on Apply.
Navigate to any of the selected claims and click on Notes and Attachments subtab. Notice that the attachment has been duplicated
