Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

Linking a Ex-Employee as contact to an Active Employee, gives the employee the ability to update their(Ex-Employees) Social Security Number (SSN).


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into ESS - Benefits
2. Click on pencil to update spouse’s record
3. Able to change SSN
4. Query spouse’s record and SSN is changed
