On : 12.2.3 version, SUPPORT
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to R12.2.3, 95% of the transactions are processed correctly and few transactions remain in Pending status when trying to process a large group of transactions.
Processing Status = Pending
Processing Message = Event(key:0CA2861BE1C53B03E0531DA3EF030627) has been raised for message processing at java layer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send inbound transaction to XML Gateway
