Unable to Sent Dunning Letters to Pre-Delinquent Customers Via a Dunning Plan (Doc ID 1962826.1)

When running IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers, the output file is blank, or is incorrect, for customers that are 'Pre-delinquent'.  Dunning letters work fine if sent via a strategy.

The log file indicates the program is successful, but no letter is created.

  1. Submit the dunning program for a pre-delinquent customer
