You are attempting to create a Transaction Source and receive the following error:

ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_DDL", line 165
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_BATCH_SOURCE", line 87

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Setup > Transactions > Sources
