the issue was solved as forward port but the error message is different so new note is valid.

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, QA Related, When attempting to subject the contract to QA check the QA Check failed on Contracts with the error messages shown below

Error:
Sub line xxx Item Product final price xxx not same as total bill schedule amount xxx


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Contracts (R)
2. Author a contract and subject to QA check
