Obsolete Countries Are Showing In The Country List

Symptoms
On : 12.0 version, Customer Tab
The obsoleted countries continue to appear in the Country List of Values (LOV).
This issue is happening in all country LOVs across customer User Interface (UI).
For Example:
In the Territories, one of the code AN-Netherlands Antilles is obsolete, but this code still occurs in the country LOV of the address in Oracle Customer Online.
Steps to Reproduce:
Territories form
Code : AN
Short Name : Netherlands Antilles
Obsolete checked
------------------
Go To: Customers Online > Customers
Country LOV
Search and Select : Country
Country Name : Netherland
AN occurs in Results
Changes
