Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.3 :
 After releasing or completing a batch step, using the Mobile Applications, the Actual start date and the actual completion dates are not updated.

The actual start date and actual completion dates are without value.

 -- Expected Behavior
The actual start date and actual completion dates should be updated with the sysdate when the step has been released or completed.


 -- Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
 1. Process Execution > Mobile> Release step
