On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Assignment Manager is slow at showing resources.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Assignment Manager should display resources more quickly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR
2. Task Tab > Create Task
3. Press AM
4. Search for resources
