Notification Reassigned to Incorrect User having Same Last and First Name (Doc ID 1963484.1)

Symptoms

When trying to reassign a notification to a user having same first and last name than other users, the notification gets reassigned to another user that has same first and last name; but different middle name.

Issue occurs when using a LOV enabled via "Look Ahead Functionality" feature to select the user.
