In Order Management, Header Level Global GDF columns are registered under Additional Header Global Information descriptive flex field.

This DFF was currently unused.

To unregister the DFF, <Patch 19291934> was created; however, the AD_ZD_SEED.PREPARE call was missed in ontdrpdff.sql.
