Not able to use installement payment terms with billing cycle.

You currently have 69 active payment terms, with cut off day and multiple installments.

In 2013, you issued around 675 Invoices, with payment terms of cut off day and multiple installments.
In 2014, it is 224 invoices.

Example of such case:
You and your customer agreed on payment terms in 3 settlements - each being the 5th day in 45 days.
To setup this payment term, you used the Cut Off day functionality to meet the requirements of due dates.

The workaround, in <Note 1052906.1>, can achieve the cut off date functionality for transactions with one installments, however, you are not able to create multiple
installments for a Balance Forward Billing (BFB) payment term.

Due to this issue, you cannot create the transactions with installments using payment terms with billing cycle.
