On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management

When attempting to book a repair actuals line, the following error occurs.

Invalid Contact for Given Customer Account

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Create a Repair Order -> Select a relation contact type information in the SR header.
3. In the Repair Actuals, manually create a material actual lines and Change the Bill To of the Line to a Party and save.
4. Book the line, get the above mentioned error.
