Cannot Login To MWA GUI and Password Displays In User Name Field (Doc ID 1964619.1)

Users are not able to get into MSCA application using Client GUI <Patch: 12780257>.
Tested with client side gui <Patch: 12780257> and JRE 1.8.0_25 as well as 1.6 java.

After getting to the login page, once we enter the user name and password "operations/welcome" the page is refreshed with WELCOME in the User Name field.
