CXML After PO Approval Is Showing Wrong 'to Domain Credential'

Goal
After PO is approved, cXML was sent to supplier. The Buyer credential domain is setup as DUNS, but the cXML payload is showing the credential ID instead of credential domain.
Actual issue is with 'to identity' not 'from identity'.
