Symptoms
When the employee or manager opens workflow notifications and clicks on the Performance Management link under Related Applications section, the following error occurs:
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager.
2. Go to Worklist.
3. Opens the notification "YYYY, has sent the scorecard (ZZZ_plan) for approval.
4. Click on the Performance Management link under Related Applications section.
5. The error is displayed.
6. Same is the case when the employee accesses a scorecard notification: "KKK has transferred your scorecard to you", (ZZZ_plan) transferred to them for review"
