Symptoms

On 12.1.3 - Service Request Form

When trying to update an existing Contact on Service Requests form > Contacts/Addresses tab, get the following error:

FRM-41014: Cannot set attribute of null Canvas item INCIDENT_TRACKING.TIME_ZONE_ID


STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open create Service Request form
3. Enter all required details and save the new SR.
4. Go to Contacts/addresses tab and click on Create/Edit button of contact, make changes to existing contact and save changes.

Changes

 Applied Patch 20048565 - 12.1.3: BUG FIXES FOR CS:DEC'14 RUP, which has CSSRISR.pld version 120.280.12010000.251.
