No Decimal Places Bank Statements Mappings not Working Correctly in R12 (Doc ID 1965700.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Bank Statement Load and Import

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank statements mappings not working correctly in R12

During upgrade  to R12.1.3 notice the bank statements are imported using two decimal places, even though the mapping used to load them does not have any decimal places defined

Format used : BAI2 citibank no decimal places

Example:     

Consider having to import amount 978341390 Expected imported amount should be 978341390.00 just like in 11i

On 1st attempt, when mapping template, if precision is not set, the amount imported is 9,783,414 which is not correct.

Try setting precision to 2 on mapping template, still imported amount is 9,783,414

Precision at currency level is 2.

The amount to be imported correctly , just like in 11i

Due to this issue, users are unable to import the statements with the correct amounts.
